The mission of the Downtown Development Authority is: To address and prevent deterioration within the business district; To encourage historic preservation as much as possible; To promote the economic growth and development of the district. To provide resources, technical support and small business guidance when possible to businesses in an effort to expand marketability and increase long-term viability.
